Chargeback Policy
A chargeback is when you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting OPP247 directly. Chargebacks are expensive for both us and the creators you support, and they often result from misunderstandings that we can resolve quickly.
Before Filing a Chargeback
Please contact billing@opp247.com first. Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days, and many situations qualify for a refund under our Refund Policy.
Account Impact
When a chargeback is filed against your account:
- Your account is suspended pending review.
- Access to purchased content and messaging is paused.
- The disputed amount, plus a fee charged by the card network, is deducted from any pending creator payouts.
- If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, your account may be permanently deactivated and you may be referred for further legal action.
Reversing a Chargeback
If you withdraw a chargeback after speaking with us, your account access is restored within 24 hours of confirmation from the card issuer.
Appeals
If your account was suspended due to a chargeback you believe was filed in error, submit an appeal through the Appeals page in your account menu.
