OPP247 respects intellectual property rights and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice to dmca@opp247.com containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material on OPP247 that is allegedly infringing, including its URL.
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that the removal was a mistake, you may file a counter-notice including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its previous URL.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in the federal district where you live.

Repeat Infringers

OPP247 will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
