Refund Policy

OPP247 strives to ensure every transaction is fair and clearly disclosed.

Tips and One-Off Purchases

All tips, paid messages, and Honey purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or in cases of platform error.

Subscription Refunds

If you cancel a creator subscription, you retain access through the end of the current billing period. Cancellations do not generate prorated refunds.

Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a refund when:

• The creator failed to deliver promised content within a reasonable time.
• A duplicate charge was processed in error.
• Your account was charged after cancellation due to a system bug.
• Required by your local consumer protection laws.

How to Request

Email billing@opp247.com with:

• Your registered email address.
• The transaction date and amount.
• A short description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. See our Chargeback Policy for details.
